What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day relationships with enterprise customers
- Build trusted partnerships and ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support strategic plans
- Track goals, feedback, and risks - escalating issues early
- Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional outcomes
What You Bring
- 3+ years in consulting or customer-facing roles
- Experience in Trust & Safety, security, intelligence, or GenAI safety is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
- Collaborative, no-ego mindset
