- Reports: 13 SDRs + SDR Manager (goal to scale team to 20)
- Territory: Global (all based out of NY office)
- ARR: ~$30M
- Location: NY-based, in-office 5 days/week (not remote)
- Compensation: $185K–$200K base (up to $250K total, 50/50 split)
- Experience Required:
- 6–10 years overall experience
- At least 2–3 years in sales development leadership
- Cybersecurity or technical SaaS background (ideally with GRC knowledge)

- Build and scale SDR function (processes, playbooks, metrics)
- Train SDRs to engage CISOs and senior stakeholders effectively
- Develop SDRs into AEs (career progression focus)
- Prior experience building an SDR team from scratch
- Comfortable in high-growth, high-intensity startup environment
- Strong cultural fit (previous hire failed due to cultural mismatch)
- Young team that needs structured leadership, process creation, and coaching.
