We are seeking a strategic Demand Generation Director to spearhead our lead generation efforts and fuel pipeline growth for our cutting-edge software solutions. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, leverage data-driven tactics, and collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to convert awareness into qualified opportunities. With a focus on B2B enterprise markets, you'll excel in high-velocity environments where creativity meets measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated demand generation programs, including email nurturing, paid media, webinars, and content syndication to drive MQLs and SQLs.
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value accounts, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze funnel performance using tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce to refine targeting, segmentation, and attribution models.
  • Collaborate with sales on lead handoff processes, SLAs, and co-selling initiatives to accelerate revenue.
  • Conduct A/B testing and iterate on campaigns based on KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and pipeline velocity.
  • Scale partnerships with agencies and tech vendors to amplify reach and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling programs that deliver consistent pipeline growth in SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and ROI optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in cybersecurity, with expertise in promoting security products (e.g., cloud security, SIEM, or identity management solutions).
  • Knowledge of industry trends like AI-enhanced threat hunting or regulatory compliance marketing.
  • Experience in fast-scaling startups or enterprises competing in crowded tech markets.
