I am working on a compelling revenue leadership in the US for a AI-native SaaS early stage company.
Whats in play already:
- Large customer base, proven platform, including major Fortune 500 names. 74% of the Forbes AI 50 uses it.
- 100% of ramped reps hit 100% of their annual quota last year
- 48% win rate from Stage 2 to Closed-Won
- ~$40M ARR with a clear and credible path to $100M+
The mandate is to take the business from $40M to $100M+ ARR.
You will own the full revenue organisation
Lead and build a team already of AE, SDR, and BDRs.
This is a role for a builder.
Someone who has been through this stage before, who knows how to recruit A-players, run enterprise deals, and install the discipline and culture a business needs to scale.
