📍 Location: Remote, but you must be based on the USA East Coast to align with our product and engineering teams.
The Role: As an AI/ML Specialist, you’ll design, build, and deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents that perform tasks such as architecture analysis, threat model creation, compliance checks, and risk scoring.
You’ll combine deep Python engineering expertise with hands-on experience in agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, etc.) to create real-world automation that delivers immediate enterprise value.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deploy AI-powered agents that interact with structured data, APIs, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Build modular Python components for reasoning, memory, tool use, and orchestration.
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or open-source) with RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS).
- Develop multi-agent systems to automate compliance checks, DevSecOps workflows, and cybersecurity processes.
- Experiment rapidly, iterating on prototypes to production.
- Optimize for accuracy, latency, interpretability, and scalability in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with domain experts in cybersecurity, AI, and product to build impactful solutions.
What We’re Looking For :
- 5+ years of Python engineering with strong software fundamentals.
- Proven track record building and deploying AI agents from prototype to production .
- Hands-on expertise in LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of transformer models, embeddings, RAG, and function/tool chaining .
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) , containerization, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with enterprise system integration, APIs, and microservices .
Nice to Have:
- Cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or DevSecOps background.
- Knowledge graphs, semantic search, or symbolic reasoning experience.
- Exposure to reinforcement learning, multi-agent coordination, or compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC 2).
