Join a fast-growing tech company at the forefront of AI innovation, we are partnering with a company that help organisations monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise AI systems at scale to hire for a Solutuions Manager/ Customer Success Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive adoption and success for enterprise AI/ML teams
- Lead onboarding, demos, and technical workshops
- Manage accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure renewals
Requirements:
- 3+ years in SaaS Customer Success or Solutions Management
- Ability to demo technical products
- Debugging and troubleshooting.
- Strong coding ability (Java, Python).
- Generative AI knowledge (LangChain, RAG)
- Solutions leadership, consultative approach, and strong communication
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI
- Bonus: to have experience working within AI observability and evaluation.
