The Role: As AI Delivery Manager, you own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Voice AI programs, from contract signature through go-live and renewal.
You are the person who makes things happen.
You don’t build the AI or write code, but you run the delivery . You keep projects moving, customers aligned, risks visible, and internal teams focused. When things get complex (and they will), you’re the one bringing clarity and momentum.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Owning delivery from kickoff to go-live, running plans, milestones, RAID, and weekly customer syncs
- Turning solution designs into executable delivery roadmaps with clear scope and acceptance criteria
- Driving fast time-to-value by coordinating integrations, VoIP connectivity, environments, and access
- Orchestrating Solution Engineers and specialist teams, unblocking issues and escalating early
- Managing senior stakeholders across sales, IT, security, and operations
- Ensuring successful handover with runbooks, training, and post-launch reviews
What We’re Looking For :
- 3–5 years’ experience in technical delivery, implementation, or project management (SaaS or consulting)
- Consulting background preferred (Big 4 ideal)
- Experience delivering complex projects for enterprise or sophisticated mid-market customers
- Technically fluent—comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, databases, and AI concepts
- Proven track record delivering multiple implementations in parallel
- Native or fluent German required , strong English
- Based in Germany, delivering projects across the EU
