Tom Smith

Having graduated with a BA in History and an MA in International Relations from the University of Exeter, Tom took an interest in pursuing a career in recruitment. As an Associate Consultant at Space Executive, he specialises in Strategy, Projects & Change Transformation. Being raised in the US, Tom has a passion for American sports, having played American football at University, being nominated for rookie of the year! In addition to sports, he enjoys spending time with his dogs and being outdoors. His most proud personal achievement was reaching the playoff finals twice as a positional captain of the American football team.

In terms of his approach to work, he describes himself as diligent. When working on projects or roles, he takes pride in learning about them in depth, so as to approach them in the most appropriate way.

Tom focuses on hiring mid-senior to executive roles across strategy & change consultancies and within industry.
