Josh Campbell

Josh specialises in consulting within the strategy, projects & change transformation space for leading financial services organisations and consultancies.

Having studied Law at Durham University, he began his recruitment career at a large global recruitment before moving to executive search. During his final year at university, Josh captained the university football side to promotion, and for the 3rd season in a row, the team won the league and secured promotion. In his spare time, Josh enjoys playing football, spending time with his family in Oxford and exploring everything London offers. He considers himself a diligent individual who, when he encounters something new, takes time to understand it before attacking the task at hand.

Josh's promotion at Space Executive to Senior Consultant in February 2023 was testament to his hard work and dedication to the clients and candidates.

He focuses on hiring Strategy, Projects and Transformation roles across Financial Services, Fintech, Professional Services and Consumer Goods. Typical mandates will require candidates that have been educated and trained through the top management consulting practices. These can include but are not limited to, Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Project Management Officers, Heads of Project, Strategy Analysts, Strategy Managers, Heads of Strategy, Chief Strategy Officers, Consultancy – Consultant through to Partner.
