Sophie plays a key role at Space Executive, focusing on strengthening culture, performance, and development across the business while supporting the growth of the London office in headcount and capability. She brings a strong blend of commercial and people-focused experience, having spent eight years as a successful billing recruitment consultant across Data, Healthcare, and Insurance, followed by 18 months as Head of People. In this role, she led learning and development initiatives, people strategy, management capability, and supported business growth in both revenue and team size.
Sophie is known for her collaborative and proactive work style, valuing clear communication, strong work ethic, teamwork, active listening, accountability, and recognition of great work. She focuses on identifying strengths and development areas while prioritising what is within her control and remaining accessible and supportive to those around her. Outside of work, Sophie has lived in Denver, Colorado and Manhattan, New York, loves travelling whenever possible, enjoys socialising and karaoke, and is passionate about fitness and staying active.
