Nicole Buckland
Associate Director
Nicole specialises in Go-To-Market recruitment at Space Executive, bringing over 13 years of experience across the UK, EU, and US markets. Her background spans finance, property, pharmaceuticals, and biotech, with a strong focus on senior and C-suite level hiring. She has successfully placed a wide range of commercial, GTM and medical roles within the life sciences sector and is known for her ability to build new markets and teams from the ground up.
In her previous positions, Nicole was a consistent high performer, earning multiple recognitions, including high-flyer trips, her favourite being a ski trip to Whistler. She built out the Biometrics and CRO market in the EU and over the last few years transitions over to build out the US market.
Nicole is goal-driven, proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in her approach. Outside of work, she’s an avid runner who has completed the London and Rome marathons, with plans for another in 2026. She enjoys Muay Thai, boxing, skiing, and travelling, with Japan and Sri Lanka next on her list.
