Matt Coghill is a Senior Consultant within the Go-To-Market team at Space Executive, specialising in senior and executive-level hiring across VC and private equity-backed technology businesses. Operating across the UK, Europe, and the US, Matt focuses on sourcing high-impact talent while developing new client relationships and supporting organisations through critical growth phases.

With over five years of experience as a 360° headhunter, Matt has built a strong track record across technology markets, with particular expertise in ERP and software.

He partners closely with clients to deliver strategic hiring solutions, supporting both immediate growth needs and long-term talent planning. His experience spans a diverse client base, from Big Four consultancies and global investment banks to early-stage startups and scaling software companies, with additional regional expertise across Europe, including the Benelux market.

Matt is known for his commercial, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. He places a strong emphasis on building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Originally born in South Africa and raised in Sydney, Australia, Matt brings an international perspective and a distinctive personality to the team. Outside of work, he is a passionate Springboks supporter and enjoys spending time cooking (or “braaing”) with friends and family. He is also an avid fan of MMA and boxing.
