Joey, an Economics and Finance graduate, transitioned from 3 years in the insurance industry to become a 360 Compliance Recruiter, specializing in sectors like corporate banking, private banking, insurance, payments, crypto, asset management, and fintech.

Results-driven, Joey thrives under pressure, leveraging bursts of creativity and energy to hyper-focus on tasks. She builds lasting relationships with clients and candidates, many of whom have become friends.

Outside of work, Joey enjoys adrenaline-filled activities like skydiving and racing. She’s also a book lover, enjoys spending time with loved ones, and has a competitive edge, having represented her school’s handball team in regional competitions.
