Gustas is a Senior Consultant with a focus on building Go-To-Market teams for AI & ML start-ups. He specialises in hiring for Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Sales Leaders for Seed to Series B stage start-ups.

Whilst studying at Uni, Gustas completed a 10-day firefighter course which is completed for those that want to be “Reserve Firefighters” for the London Fire Brigade.
