The Challenge

Mangopay sought a Senior Product Manager – Payments & Payouts, based in London (Hybrid), with a mandate to:

• Lead product strategy for payments, pay-ins, and payouts
• Optimise payment flows for complex, multi-party marketplace ecosystems
• Work closely with engineering, compliance, data, and commercial teams
• Drive innovation across global payments infrastructure
• Ensure platform scalability, resilience, and regulatory alignment

Key candidate requirements included:

• Strong fintech product management experience
• Deep understanding of payments architecture, money flows, and funds movement
