Job Description

Job Description:
  • Lead the channel/ customer’s thinking, to develop and implement channel/ customer’s strategies with a horizon of 6 - 18 months
  • Contribute to integrated commercial planning to develop channel/ customer plan with a horizon of 6 – 18 months
  • Understand and drive customer’s insights and developments
  • Manage channel/ customer sales and profitability to achieve sustainable growth
  • To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities required. 
Job Requirements:
  • Category product knowledge within the FMCG industry
  • At least 10 years commercial experience as demonstrated by channel or distributor management experience with at least 4 years of leading a team  
  • Business managerial experience within trade marketing, marketing/sales or commercial functions.
  • Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management)
  • Financial implication and awareness (P&L statement, supply chain reports etc
